Acceptance
By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
\YNOT Consult provides consulting services related to:

Business certifications

Proposal development

Project management

Contract administration

Business growth consulting
The scope of each engagement will be defined in a separate proposal, agreement, or invoice.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking for fixed-price services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom consulting engagements require a signed proposal or agreement before work begins.
Invoices not paid when due may be subject to suspension of services.
Cancellations
Discovery calls may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Paid consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited or subject to a rescheduling fee.
Refund Policy
Completed consulting services are non-refundable.
If YNOT Consult is unable to provide a purchased service, a refund or credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All reports, templates, guides, presentations, methodologies, website content, graphics, downloads, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of PM Ardor Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
YNOT Consult and PM Ardor Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or our consulting services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of New York.
